Just as a hotel concierge takes care of all the details to make your stay enjoyable, a gift concierge will take care of all the details for your gift giving needs. From finding the perfect gift, to ordering, wrapping and delivering, we do it all!

paper & heart is a professional gift concierge service. Finding you the perfect gift for any milestone or occasion is our specialty. Our services also include gift wrapping, client gifts, party favours, and wedding party gifts. No matter your needs, we will make sure the recipient feels special, while helping you take something off your to-do list.

We find our concierge services are best suited to gifts with a budget of $125 or greater. Regardless of your budget amount, we are confident that when you work with paper & heart, your gift recipient will be blown away with how special the gift makes them feel. Of course the more time we can have, the better, but we know life gets busy so here’s the deal - ideally, a three week lead time will let us ensure we can get you the absolute perfect gift, and leave time for anything that requires personalization. Where three weeks isn’t possible, we will still happily help out - just keep in mind we may have to adjust our gift recommendations as a result.

When you decide to work with paper & heart, we will begin with a 15 minute call to get to know about the gift recipient and occasion. At this point, we will provide you with a quote. If you decide to work together, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to our service fee. Once we’ve ordered the gift, we will send you an invoice for the gift cost + the remaining balance on our service fee. Invoices must be paid in full prior to delivery of gifts.

We are happy to offer delivery in Hamilton (including Dundas, Ancaster & Waterdown), Burlington, Oakville, and Milton. For gift wrapping services, we also offer pick up from these locations for an additional fee.
